- Supplier scorecard: 90-day rolling window over real
supplier_orders,supplier_rma, and catalog sync logs. Suppliers with fewer than 5 orders in the window are omitted to keep the numbers meaningful. - Dispute stats: 365-day rolling window across repair disputes and marketplace disputes. No personal data, shop names, or counterparties are exposed — only aggregate counts.
- Pricing: all platform fees are listed in full on the marketplace fees page; marketplace payment processing is included in the platform fee, not billed separately.
