Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

These terms apply to paid consumer and shop subscriptions, in addition to our Terms of Service. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page.
1. Automatic renewal — plain-language summary
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel. We disclose the renewal term, billing frequency, and price before you subscribe, and you affirmatively consent at checkout.
2. Cancel anytime, online
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Billing & Plan — no phone call or email required. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan remains active through the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Free trials
If a plan includes a trial, we disclose the trial length and the price that begins when it ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid and your payment method is charged at the disclosed price.
4. Price changes
If we change a recurring price, we will notify you in advance of the change taking effect on a renewal, so you can cancel before being charged the new price.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current period once charged, except where required by law. Canceling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a completed period.
6. Taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated based on your location and added at checkout where required.
7. Failed payments & suspension
If a renewal charge fails, we may retry and may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. We will notify you before any suspension takes effect.
