Sony is the documentation leader here: it officially publishes Right-to-Repair service manuals and a self-repair parts program through Encompass/SonyParts, so schematics and OEM parts are obtainable through legitimate channels. The notable downside is firmware pairing - Sony main boards must be firmware-matched to the panel/T-CON, so a board swap requires a firmware update to fully sync (extra friction vs. other brands, hence a lower software-lock score).
