Why this grade

Weakest evidence of the set and the most model-dependent. Technicians flag certain Electrolux models (with component production shifted overseas) as a Tier-4 'challenging' case with 4–6 week parts lead times that make repair economically unfeasible, and Frigidaire lines have post-retail-restructuring parts-scarcity pockets.
