First major signer of the AFBF Right-to-Repair MOU (March 2023), guaranteeing 'fair and reasonable terms' access to Case IH/New Holland tools, software, and documentation for owners and independent shops in all 50 states + Puerto Rico. CNH is comparatively transparent operationally: New Holland runs a public-facing Self-Repair program with a documented Electronic Service Tool (EST), and CNH sells time-limited EST diagnostic licenses through its online store — so owners have an official (if subscription-gated) software path, better than the dealer-only models.
