Why this grade
Among the least repair-friendly. Onyx Boox's own Help Center confirms it does NOT sell screens or batteries to customers and directs owners to mail the device to support for repair, with self-repair voiding warranty. No official service manuals or schematics, and only sparse iFixit community guides for a few models (e.g., Poke5); no iFixit repairability score exists. Modern e-readers are described as nearly impossible to open, and older Boox batteries are held by strong double-sided tape. No OEM parts means no consumer parts pricing; out-of-warranty service is fee-based mail-in.
